Characters
A local rapper named in Real Dimez's bio. Rockstar says an early hit single with DWNPLY took Real Dimez to new heights, before five years and a whole lot of trouble. Nothing else has been published about him and he has no page of his own.
Lori is Brian Heder's third wife. Rockstar's bio for Brian says he still moves product through his boat yard with her, and that part of the deal for Jason living rent-free at one of Brian's properties is stopping by for Lori's sangria once in a while. She has no bio of her own.
Two. Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos are the leads, and Rockstar describes everything from the story to the Ultimate Edition contents as theirs - items threaded across all aspects of Jason and Lucia's story. IGN reports you can switch between them at almost any point.
Rockstar has not announced him as a character. What it has done is reference him twice through the editions: the Ultimate Edition's Hawk & Little Morgan revolvers are described as sourced from the Vercetti Estate, and the Vintage Vice City Pack's weapon pattern is inspired by Tommy Vercetti's palm tree shirt. Whether the man himself appears is not stated.
An eccentric collector and local fixer, per Rockstar's Ultimate Edition page. Wyman commissions the Classic Car Collection: tracking down abandoned classic and project cars and restoring them. He appears only in that listing so far, with no bio.

A TV character inside the game. Rockstar's Ultimate Edition page describes Goodtime Gear as a capsule collection of apparel inspired by the Goodtime State's hit TV show character, Macca the Gator - so a fictional show within Leonida, with merchandise you can wear.

Rockstar has not credited anyone. Its character pages carry bios and lines for all eight characters and no cast credits, and no Newswire post has named a performer. Until Rockstar credits a cast, this site lists no names.
