Rockstar calls Dre'Quan more of a hustler than a gangster. He dealt on the streets to make ends meet, but breaking into music was always the goal.
The label he runs with Boobie Ike. Now that he has signed Real Dimez, Rockstar says his days of booking acts into Boobie's strip club may be numbered - he is aiming at the Vice City scene proper.
His own line gives the method: the dancers are his A&Rs. If a record is a hit in the club, the DJs will spin it.

Only Raw Records is the record label Dre'Quan Priest runs in partnership with Boobie Ike, the Vice City club and studio owner. Its signed act is the rap duo Real Dimez. Rockstar's line on the label is that it is the thing Boobie is most invested in, and that now they just need a hit.
