A local Vice City legend, in Rockstar's words, and he acts like it. Boobie is one of the few to turn time in the streets into a legitimate empire - real estate, a strip club and a recording studio - and he is all smiles until it is time to talk business.

How the money moves

His own line explains the structure: the club pays for the studio, and the drug money pays for all of it. Rockstar presents the legitimate businesses and the illegitimate one as a single operation.

For all that he seems out for himself, Rockstar says the thing Boobie is most invested in is his partnership with Dre'Quan Priest on Only Raw Records. The label has the acts. What it needs is a hit.

What is Only Raw Records in GTA 6?

Only Raw Records is the record label Dre'Quan Priest runs in partnership with Boobie Ike, the Vice City club and studio owner. Its signed act is the rap duo Real Dimez. Rockstar's line on the label is that it is the thing Boobie is most invested in, and that now they just need a hit.

Who is Dre'Quan Priest in GTA 6?

Dre'Quan Priest is a music promoter who runs the label Only Raw Records with Boobie Ike. Rockstar calls him more hustler than gangster - he dealt on the streets to get by, but music was always the goal. Having signed Real Dimez, he is now aiming at the wider Vice City scene.
