This is where the story finds Jason. He works for local drug runners and lives rent-free at one of Brian Heder's properties. Brian still moves product through his boat yard. Cal Hampton, Jason's friend and another of Brian's associates, listens to the Coast Guard from his couch; Rockstar does not say where that couch is.

Who is Jason Duval in GTA 6?

Jason Duval is one of GTA 6's two lead characters. Rockstar describes him as someone who "wants an easy life, but things just keep getting harder" - raised around grifters and crooks, an Army stint behind him, and working for drug runners in the Leonida Keys when the story begins.

Who is Brian Heder in GTA 6?

Brian Heder is a veteran drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Leonida Keys, still moving product through his boat yard with his third wife, Lori. He lets Jason live rent-free at one of his properties in return for help with local shakedowns. Cal Hampton is another associate.

Was Jason Duval in the Army?

Yes. Rockstar's bio says Jason did a stint in the Army trying to shake off his troubled teens, after growing up around grifters and crooks. It gives no branch, rank or dates. Afterwards he ended up in the Leonida Keys working for local drug runners, which is where the story finds him.

Are there boats in GTA 6?

Yes. Rockstar has named two: a Shitzu Squalo, a pink and blue speedboat docked at Washington Beach that it describes as fishing-ready and carrying a crate of explosives, and a Crest Kayak at Jason's safehouse. Both are Ultimate Edition items. Brian Heder runs a boat yard in the Keys, per his bio. No wider watercraft list has been published.
