Best GTA Content Creators: The Biggest Channels, Ranked

Updated September 16, 2026: this page used to be five GTA 6 news channels. The people landing on it are asking who the biggest GTA creators in the world are, so that's what it answers now. Every subscriber count below was read off the channel page today, and the GTA 6 specialists have their own section.

The biggest channel built entirely on GTA is Nought, at just over eight million subscribers. The biggest channels that GTA made famous are far larger than that - Techno Gamerz sits at 53 million and VanossGaming at 26 million - but neither is a GTA channel any more, and that distinction is the whole story of this list. Below are the numbers, who each channel is for, and the smaller set of creators who cover GTA 6 specifically and are worth your time.

The Biggest GTA Channels in the World

These are the counts YouTube showed on each channel page on 16 September 2026. YouTube rounds them and they move daily, so read them as a snapshot. Feedspot’s July 2026 list has the same nine channels in the same order, which is a useful cross-check.

Two channels sit above all of these and belong in a different category. Techno Gamerz (53.1M) is an Indian channel that Red Bull’s July 2026 round-up of GTA YouTubers leads with, on the strength of its GTA 5 videos. VanossGaming (26M) is the name that opens the Reddit thread Google ranks first for this question, for the GTA Online sessions with friends it made its name on. Both are now general gaming channels where GTA is one game among many, which is why the table above starts at Nought.

The numbers hide a real split in how these channels work. Treyten has 338 videos and three million subscribers; MrBossFTW has 9,400 videos and roughly the same audience. One is a daily newspaper, the other is a highlight reel, and both are among the biggest GTA channels alive. Who to Follow for What

Subscriber counts tell you who’s big. They don’t tell you who to watch, because the channels above are doing four different jobs.

Comedy and Chaos

Nought, SpeirsTheAmazingHD, Treyten and Hazardous are entertainment channels first. The game is a stage: modded scenarios, absurd challenges, cars doing things cars shouldn’t. If you want to laugh at GTA rather than learn about it, this is the tier, and it’s by far the biggest. Nought alone has more subscribers than every GTA 6 news channel combined.

Guides and News

GTA Series Videos, MrBossFTW and Onespot Gaming are the reference desks. GTA Series Videos has been the place for clean walkthroughs and every official Rockstar trailer for years, and its description names GTA 6 as part of the beat. MrBossFTW’s model is volume - daily GTA Online news, tips and guides, nearly ten thousand uploads deep. Onespot’s is detail, the vehicles and graphics of GTA 5 examined one at a time.

Analysis and Speedruns

DarkViperAU is the outlier. The channel is built on speedrunning GTA 5 and the long-running pacifist playthrough, and the same analytical habit now runs through its GTA 6 commentary. On the day I checked, three of the six most recent uploads were GTA 6 videos alongside a fifty-minute pacifist run. It’s the one channel in the top tier where the GTA 6 coverage comes from someone who has picked the previous game apart frame by frame for years.

The GTA 6 Specialists

None of these will trouble the table above, and that’s the point of a separate section. A channel about a game nobody can play yet is building on a small base, and the ones below have earned their audiences by being right rather than by being loud.

TGG

2.24 million subscribers and the best-connected of the lot. TGG was one of the creators Rockstar flew to Edinburgh in July 2026 for the hands-off preview sessions, and the map size figures that every outlet now repeats came out through a TGG video, as our Leonida map guide explains. The frame-by-frame trailer breakdowns are still the best way into either trailer.

GTA VI O’Clock

271,000 subscribers and a weekly show dedicated to the game. It’s the old CVG channel, now hosted by Dan Dawkins and James Jarvis, and it describes itself as “the world’s most in-depth - and best connected - Grand Theft Auto 6 show”. Small audience, long memory, and the one to watch if you want the week’s news sorted from the week’s noise in an hour.

LegacyKillaHD

725,000 subscribers, describing itself as covering “everything Grand Theft Auto 6 and Elder Scrolls VI related”. In practice a lot of the recent output is broader industry commentary, but the GTA 6 image round-ups are thorough and the sceptical pieces are worth reading against the hype. It’s the smallest audience on this page by a distance, and the purest GTA 6 news channel on it - those two facts are connected.

Digital Foundry

1.53 million subscribers and not a GTA channel at all, which is why it belongs here. When the question is what the game is doing under the hood, nobody else on this list is qualified to answer.

TheProfessional

1.1 million subscribers, mostly walkthroughs of classic and new games, with a run of GTA lore videos that hold up. The piece on why Florida became Leonida and the takedown of the “Jason is a cop” theory are the shape of the channel: patient, grounded in what Rockstar has actually shipped, allergic to a thumbnail claim. How to Tell a Good GTA 6 Creator From a Clickbait One

A lot of people arrive at this page searching for “GTA 6 clickbait youtuber”, so here’s the test I use. It has three parts, and it’s the same one we apply to every rumour on this site.

• Do they show the footage? The Extended Look is public and twenty-seven minutes long. A creator making a claim about a mechanic should be able to timestamp it. If the video is a thumbnail and a voice, it’s a guess.
• Do they name a source? Rob Nelson’s interviews with IGN and Dazed are on the record. “Insiders say” is not. The creators Rockstar actually invited to Edinburgh - TGG among them - say so and tell you what they saw.
• Does the claim get bigger as it travels? Real details arrive precise and stay precise. Rumours gain features with every retelling. Our audit of three years of GTA 6 rumours shows how badly the consensus did.

Apply that and the field sorts itself. The channels in the specialist section pass all three. Plenty of much bigger channels don’t, and size is not a reason to trust them.

Bottom Line

The biggest GTA creators in the world are entertainers, and they got there on GTA 5 and GTA Online, games people have been able to play for over a decade. The GTA 6 specialists are a tenth of the size and will stay that way until the game ships. Both lists are worth knowing, and they’re not the same list. If you want a laugh, start at the top of the table. If you want to know what’s actually in the game on November 19, start with TGG and GTA VI O’Clock and check anything big against the footage yourself.
