Port Gellhorn is what Rockstar calls Leonida's forgotten coast - a once-popular vacation town of cheap motels, shut-down attractions and empty strip malls. The tourists are not coming back, but Rockstar says a new economy has moved in, fuelled by malt liquor, painkillers and truck stop energy drinks.
